We are EXCITED to announce that Ch Chaynikoty King Arthur placed 5th In Show at the Royal Adelaide Show. At such a young age, 10.5mths, this is a huge achievement for a slow maturing breed. He showed himself off so well and once all the showing was done, he engaged with the crowds of people well and loved meeting ALL the people and getting ALL the pats!!!
We are beyond proud of Arty, as is his breeder, Petra, this has us all very excited about Arty's future and his future progeny!Â

We are pleased to announce both Arty (Chaynikoty King Arthur) and Sorcy (Babuschka Golden Sorcery) have both earned their "Champion" title having recently entered the adults ring.
Both continue to place frequently and well in the group placings. We are incredibly proud of both 'kids".

Here at Nephrite Siberians we take our education about not just Siberians, but cats in general, seriously. So seriously, I have finished the first of 3 courses offered by PawPeds about cats.
Now, you might think "Oh but I have had cats all my life" or "I've been showing cats for 4 years" or even "I have been a breeder" and think you couldn't possibly learn more about cats. Well, let me tell you, I might have said one or two of those things myself prior to signing up to do the G1 course, after being encouraged by my lovely cat breeder mentors, and am actually surprised at how much more I learned from completing the course! I feel I am now on a path to be "Qualified in Cat". The 6 week course had tight deadlines and several assignments and forums to be involved in, and if I am honest, it was a little more intense than I initially expected.
I am very pleased to share with you the little banner that PawPeds only allow participants who have passed all topics of the course to display on their websites or social media. And also pleased to announce I have signed up to the next course and wait for my name to be called!
To confirm that I have indeed successfully passed, and view other successful participants, please click on the green G1 banner award. For more information about what PawPeds does and offers, please click here.
